To help ensure your stay at Grande Vue Private Hotel is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the following information.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am. If you would like an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Guest Age
Grande Vue Private Hotel caters to guests 12 years of age and over. If travelling with a child under 12, please contact us prior to booking.

Occupancy
Each room may only accommodate the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Parties, functions or gatherings are not permitted unless arranged with Grande Vue Private Hotel in advance.

Booking Details
Please check your booking confirmation carefully and let us know as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. Guests are responsible for providing a valid email address and mobile number so we can send important information relating to their stay, including self check-in instructions.

Smoking
Grande Vue Private Hotel is strictly smoke-free indoors. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in guest rooms or indoor communal areas. A $300 additional cleaning fee may be charged where smoking has occurred.

Keys & Parking Permits
Guests are responsible for any keys and parking permits provided during their stay. A $250 fee may apply for lost keys where replacement keys or locksmith services are required. A replacement fee applies to lost or unreturned parking permits.

Damage, Loss & Additional Cleaning
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay, whether caused by themselves or anyone in their party.

Grande Vue Private Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking for reasonable costs associated with damage to the property, missing or damaged items, additional cleaning, smoking fees or other costs resulting from a guest's stay. This includes damage or loss identified after departure.

Payment & Cancellations
Payment and cancellation conditions vary according to the rate booked. Please refer to the separate Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy applicable to your reservation.
