Arrival Information

Your lockbox number and code can be found in your check-in email or via your booking platform's guest portal.

If you are unable to locate your arrival instructions, please call (03) 6223 3388 (Option 2) and we'll be happy to assist.

Your key will be in the lockbox noted in your check-in instructions.

1. Fold down the black lid to reveal the keypad.

2. Enter your code.

3. Press the black button at the top centre.

4. Pull down the silver lever to open the box.

If you make a mistake, press the black button at the bottom to clear and re-enter your code.

Once connected, you will be able to access your arrival information, guest guide and contact details. If you continue to experience difficulties, please call reception on (03) 6223 3388 (Option 2).

Grande Vue does not have a dedicated car park, however free street parking is available nearby on Mona Street and Clarke Street.

Some spaces are unrestricted, while others have a 2-hour limit from 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday. Parking is unrestricted outside these times.

Parking permits are guaranteed for guests staying in the Waterloo, Charles Fox, Kelly, Knopwood and Florence Fox rooms. For all other rooms, permits are subject to availability on the day.

You are welcome to pull into the driveway on arrival to unload your luggage before finding a suitable parking space nearby.

Our team is available on-site daily from 8:00am to 2:00pm. During these hours, you're welcome to ring the front doorbell for assistance.
